The story follows Nero, a man possessing demonic powers who is on a mission to stop the series' main character, Dante, after he assassinates the leader of the Order of the Sword. It is the fourth installment in the Devil May Cry series and is written by Bingo Morihashi and directed by Hideaki Itsuno. It was released for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Microsoft Windows platforms. Devil May Cry 4 is a 2008 action-adventure game developed and published by Capcom.
